Studio business portraits and branding sessions

We have a little studio here in the heart of Fremantle, where we have a variety of backdrops, as well as lighting styles to choose from. If you've got a photo brief, then it's easy, all the decisions have been made for you! If not, here's a run down on the variety we have on offer, and we can discuss with you what would suit your brand identity best.

There's a range of light and dark backdrops. We've got white (from pure white where you can be deep etched, through to a natural white with some detail), dark canvas and concretes, light and dark grey, and some vibrant colours including pink and blue. We also have some other photo realistic backdrops with arches and patterns on them that can be preprepared, but in the end the white backdrop is usually the most popular.

lighting

Once we have the backdrop selected, then we can also create a different mood depending on the lighting we select for the images. We can capture a few different looks for you to select from in your proof gallery later. There's moody side lighting, soft light, even lighting, and all of this is fine tuned during your session to make sure we are capturing you literally in the best light - it's not just a cheesy saying.

If you're not sure, we would do classic lighting where it is quite evenly lit, but a tiny bit darker on one side of your face to give you some nice contouring. And if in doubt on what you want, we have plenty of samples at the studio and you can simply point at what you like.
